一、總則
歡迎使用 KOCA – 娛樂周邊交易平台(以下簡稱「本平台」)。本服務條款(以下簡稱「本條款」)規範您(以下稱「用戶」或「您」)使用本平台所提供的服務(以下簡稱「服務」)。
請您在使用本平台前詳閱本條款,當您註冊、登入或使用本平台,即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意受本條款約束。如您不同意本條款,請勿使用本平台。
二、服務內容
本平台提供官方娛樂周邊商品(如 Kpop 小卡、周邊商品等)的交易與交流環境,並包含但不限於以下功能:
於賣家實名認證過程中,為確保平台交易安全並符合法規要求,我們可能會向您蒐集以下個人資料:
- 刊登商品、查詢商品與完成交易。
- 訂單管理、結算收益。
- 賣家實名認證與身份驗證。
- 客戶支援與爭議解決機制。
三、用戶資格與註冊
- 購買商品之資格:透過手機號碼與電子信箱註冊為一般會員,即可在本平台購買商品。
- 出售商品之資格:一般會員通過 KOCA 官方的賣家實名身份驗證即可在本平台出售商品。
- 出售商品之限制:13 歲以下兒童不得註冊為『賣家帳戶』,但可作為一般會員進行購買。
- 用戶需提供真實、完整及最新的個人資訊,如因提供錯誤或不實資訊導致的任何損害,本平台不負擔任何責任。
四、買家規範
- 買家需提供正確的收貨資訊並按時付款。
- 買家應遵守誠信原則,不得無故取消訂單或惡意評價。
五、賣家規範
- 賣家需完成實名認證,並提供合法有效的身份證明文件。
- 賣家不得刊登違法、侵害第三方權利、或違反公序良俗的商品。
- 賣家應誠實履行交易,不得進行詐欺、虛假交易或其他影響平台秩序的行為。
六、商品類型規範
- 本平台僅允許販售官方正版娛樂周邊商品主題之商品,例如:偶像小卡、動漫周邊商品、IP 公仔、收藏卡等。
- 最終商品類型的判定權歸本平台所有,平台方有權決定是否允許特定商品上架。
- 禁止販售非官方商品、飯製周邊、食品、藥品、日常消耗品、虛擬電子商品等,如有違規,本平台有權下架商品,並對違規用戶採取必要措施。
- 商品價格應介於新台幣 1 元至 19,962 元之間,不符合此價格範圍之商品不得上架。
七、交易與付款
- 為保障交易安全,所有交易必須透過本平台進行。任何形式的私下交易(包含但不限於透過其他通訊軟體聯繫並繞過平台付款)均屬違規行為。若因私下交易導致任何爭議、詐騙、損失或其他風險,本平台概不負責,亦無法提供任何協助或賠償。如經查證發現有違反本條款之行為,我們將視情節輕重,對相關帳號採取處置,嚴重者將被永久停用帳號,並可能面臨進一步法律追究。請確保所有交易均在本平台內完成,以確保您的權益與交易安全。
- 交易完成後,如有爭議,應依照本平台之爭議解決機制處理。
八、平台服務費
- 本平台將在交易成功時,向賣家收取平台服務費。
- 服務費率依照交易完成的時間為準,最新的服務費率將公告於幫助中心。
- 服務費將從賣家成交金額中扣除,並於結算時顯示於賣家之訂單詳情頁面。
- 本平台保留調整服務費的權利,並將於變更前通知賣家。
九、KOCA 平台之「我的錢包」功能
- KOCA 平台提供「我的錢包」功能,協助用戶管理其交易款項與退款金額。
- 錢包餘額將顯示用戶透過本平台銷售商品之收入(收入為商品金額扣除平台服務費之款項)並扣除已提領金額後的可用餘額。
- 用戶可隨時發起提領申請,提領金額將於 10 個工作日內匯入綁定帳戶,若有特殊情況則依銀行處理時間為準。
- 每次提領可能產生跨行轉帳的手續費,手續費將顯示於提領畫面。
- 若因交易過程發生錯誤,平台有權在法律允許的範圍內調整用戶錢包餘額。
十、帳號封鎖與解封規定
為維護交易秩序及保障賣家權益,若買家發生逾期未取貨,本平台得逕行封鎖該使用者帳號,並限制其後續下單及上架權限。
解封條件
已遭封鎖之使用者,欲申請帳號解封,須依實際退貨件數繳納下列費用:
- 每件退貨包裹需繳交 退貨費新台幣 60 元 及 處理費新台幣 40 元。
- 例如:一件退貨包裹需繳交新台幣 100 元;二件退貨包裹需繳交新台幣 200 元,依此類推。
繳交方式
使用者應將「退貨及處理費」以郵局現金袋方式寄送至:
- 收件者:艾斯特網路有限公司
- 地址:台北市中山區松江路 102 號 2 樓
- 為確保金流及安全作業流程,平台不接受以面交方式繳納退貨及處理費。
- 使用者應自行承擔寄送過程中之運費及保價費用,本平台不另行補償或吸收。
平台於確認收到完整費用後,將於合理作業時間內恢復該使用者帳號之正常使用權限。
十一、禁止行為
用戶不得進行以下行為,否則本平台有權終止帳戶並追究法律責任:
- 刊登違禁商品或侵犯他人智慧財產權。
- 操縱評價、偽造交易或散布不實資訊。
- 以任何方式干擾平台運營,包含但不限於攻擊伺服器、植入病毒或其他有害程式。
- 利用本平台從事違法活動。
十二、物流風險與責任
- 本平台僅提供交易媒介,交易商品的品質、合法性及真實性不承擔任何責任。
- 本平台不對因不可抗力(如天災、系統故障等)導致的服務中斷負責。
- 平台僅提供交易撮合服務,商品一經交付予物流公司,即由物流公司負責運送與保管。運送過程中若發生延誤、毀損、遺失等情事,平台並非承攬或交付義務人,亦不負最終賠償責任。
- 平台會協助使用者向物流公司提出申訴或理賠申請,但理賠與否及金額均由物流公司依其公告規範判定。
- 若物流公司判定不予賠償,賣家仍應依一般交易慣例,與買家協商處理相關事宜(如退貨、退款或補償)。
- 平台不承擔第三方物流公司之作業風險或判定結果,使用者同意相關責任及爭議應由賣家與買家依交易慣例協商處理。
十三、隱私保護
本平台將依據隱私權政策保護您的個人資訊,具體規範請參閱隱私權政策。
十四、使用者上傳內容與授權
- 使用者於本平台上傳、編輯或整理之內容(包括但不限於商品照片、圖鑑圖片、文字描述、分類標籤等),其著作權仍屬於原創作者所有。
- 使用者同意自上傳或編輯內容之日起,授權 KOCA 平台及其關聯公司於全球範圍內,永久、不可撤回、非專屬、免權利金地使用、重製、改作、公開傳輸、公開展示、散布及推廣前述內容,以供:
- 平台資料庫及圖鑑之建立、維護與展示;
- 商品交易、搜尋及比對功能之提供;
- 平台行銷、推廣及其他營運相關用途。
- 為維護圖鑑及商品資訊之完整性與使用者體驗,平台得基於管理需要保留、調整或繼續使用前述內容,原則上不接受個別使用者要求刪除或回復,但若涉及侵害他人權益或違反法律者,平台得依實際情況刪除或修改。
- 責任保證:使用者應保證其上傳之內容不侵害任何第三人著作權、肖像權或其他合法權益;如有爭議或侵權,責任由使用者自行承擔,平台得因此向使用者請求賠償。
十五、條款變更
本平台有權隨時修改本條款,並於變更後公告於本平台,變更後之內容將於公告時生效。

1. General Provisions
Welcome to KOCA – the Entertainment Merchandise Trading Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by the Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”). The terms “User” or “you” refer to any individual accessing or using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
2. Scope of Services
The Platform provides a marketplace and interactive environment for trading entertainment-related merchandise (e.g., K-pop photocards, collectibles), including but not limited to the following functionalities:
- Listing, browsing, and purchasing of products
- Order management and revenue settlement
- Seller identity verification and authentication
- Customer support and dispute resolution mechanisms
3. User Eligibility and Registration
Eligibility to Purchase:
Users may register as general members using their mobile phone number and email address to purchase products on the Platform.
Eligibility to Sell:
General members may list and sell products on the Platform upon successful completion of KOCA’s official seller identity verification process.
Restriction for Minors:
Users under the age of 13 are prohibited from registering as “seller accounts” but may participate as general members for purchasing only.
Users are required to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The Platform shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the provision of false or inaccurate information.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers shall provide accurate delivery information and make timely payments.
Buyers must act in good faith and are prohibited from canceling orders without reason or leaving malicious reviews.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must complete identity verification and submit valid government-issued identification.
Sellers may not list products that are illegal, infringe third-party rights, or violate public order and good morals.
Sellers must fulfill transactions honestly and are prohibited from fraudulent activities, fake transactions, or any actions that disrupt the Platform’s operations.
6. Product Category Guidelines
The Platform permits the sale of entertainment-themed merchandise only, such as idol photocards, anime collectibles, and IP-based figurines.
The Platform reserves the final right to determine the eligibility of listed products.
The sale of food, medicine, or daily consumables is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to remove such listings and take necessary action against violating users.
All listed product prices must fall within the range of TWD 20 to TWD 19,962. Products outside of this price range are not permitted to be listed.
7. Transactions and Payments
To ensure secure transactions, all purchases and sales must be conducted through the Platform. Any form of off-platform transactions (including but not limited to communication through external apps to bypass payment via the Platform) constitutes a violation of these Terms.
The Platform shall not be held responsible for any disputes, fraud, losses, or risks arising from such private transactions, and will not provide assistance or compensation.
Verified violations may result in account suspension, permanent account termination, and potential legal action, depending on the severity of the infraction. Users are strongly advised to complete all transactions within the Platform to ensure their rights and safety.
In the event of post-transaction disputes, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the Platform’s official dispute resolution mechanism.
8. Platform Service Fees
The Platform charges a service fee to sellers for each successful transaction.
The applicable service fee rate is determined based on the completion time of the transaction and will be publicly announced in the Help Center.
The service fee will be deducted from the seller’s proceeds and displayed in the order details.
The Platform reserves the right to modify the service fee rate and will notify sellers in advance of any changes.
9. “My Wallet” Feature
The Platform provides a “My Wallet” feature to help users manage their earnings and refund balances.
The wallet balance reflects the net earnings from sales (product price minus service fees), less any previously withdrawn amounts.
Users may initiate withdrawal requests at any time. Funds will be transferred to the linked bank account within 10 business days, subject to processing time by financial institutions.
Interbank transfers may incur additional processing fees, which will be displayed during the withdrawal process.
In the event of transaction errors, the Platform reserves the right to adjust the wallet balance within the bounds of applicable law.
10. Account Suspension and Reinstatement Policy
To maintain transaction order and protect seller rights, if a buyer fails to collect orders on time, the Platform may suspend the buyer’s account and restrict subsequent purchasing and listing privileges.
Reinstatement Conditions
A suspended user who wishes to apply for account reinstatement must pay the following fees based on the actual number of returned parcels:
- For each returned parcel: NT$60 return fee + NT$40 account reinstatement handling fee.
- Example: 1 returned parcel = NT$100; 2 returned parcels = NT$200, and so forth.
Payment Method
Users must remit the “Return and Handling Fees” via postal cash envelope to:

- Address: 2F., No. 102, Songjiang Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan
- To ensure secure payment processing, the Platform does not accept in-person (face-to-face) payments.
Fee Responsibility
Users shall bear the shipping and insurance costs incurred during the remittance process. The Platform will not reimburse or absorb such expenses.
Restoration of Privileges
Once the Platform has confirmed receipt of the full payment, the user’s account privileges will be reinstated within a reasonable processing period.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section may result in account suspension or termination, and the Platform may pursue legal action:
- Listing prohibited or infringing products
- Manipulating reviews, faking transactions, or spreading false information
- Interfering with the operation of the Platform, including but not limited to server attacks, virus injection, or other harmful activities
- Using the Platform for illegal purposes
12. Limitation of Liability
The Platform serves solely as an intermediary for transactions and makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, legality, or authenticity of listed products.
The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters or system failures.
13. Privacy Protection
The Platform shall protect your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. For detailed information, please refer to the Privacy Policy (or insert your designated link).
14. User-Generated Content and License
All content uploaded, edited, or organized by users on the Platform (including but not limited to product photos, catalog images, text descriptions, and classification tags) shall remain the intellectual property of the original creator.
By uploading or editing content, users grant KOCA and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publicly transmit, publicly display, distribute, and promote such content for the following purposes:
- Establishment, maintenance, and display of the Platform’s database and catalog;
- Provision of product transactions, search, and matching functions;
- Platform marketing, promotion, and other operational purposes.
To maintain the integrity of the catalog and product information as well as the overall user experience, the Platform reserves the right, at its discretion, to retain, adjust, or continue using the content as needed. As a general rule, individual user requests for deletion or restoration of such content will not be accepted, unless the content is found to infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable laws, in which case the Platform may remove or modify the content accordingly.
User Responsibility and Warranty: Users warrant that the content they upload does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, portrait rights, or other legal rights. In the event of disputes or infringements, the user shall bear full responsibility, and the Platform reserves the right to seek compensation from the user for any damages incurred.
14. Amendments to the Terms
The Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be announced on the Platform and shall take effect upon publication.
